Shipping

We can ship to any address in the UK. Delivery is free of charge within an 100 mile radius of our manufacturing facility (Chesterfield). Outside this radius and a charge of £2.40/mile will apply - this will be calculated at checkout so you have full visibility on the cost. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, and the availability of our installation team. We typically aim to delivery and install within 1 week of the order placement. You will receive a notification upon purchase and another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 working days, once we have received the goods. This is the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that on this product we offer an installation service.

Preparing the site for installation is essential. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct base, electrical requirements and site clearance are in place prior to delivery.

Ensure you have measured the space you intend to install the hot tub. All the dimensions for the product you have ordered are available on the product page

A sound and level base for the tub is essential. We would recommend concrete or reinforced decking – a filled tub can weigh a substantial amount. If you are unsure of the suitability of your desired base, please get in touch with us to discuss.

Allow easy access to all circuit breakers and RCD’s.

Access to the entire front panel of the spa (housing the spa equipment) will be necessary in order to carry out routine maintenance.

Prior to delivery, guarantee the tub site is clear of mess and debris. Decking can be subject to scratches if planks or boards are not there to protect them as we position your hot tub. Whilst our qualified installers will endeavor to avoid this, it is your responsibility to provide the necessary safeguards to circumvent against this.

2 Years Parts Warranty

Relax in the knowledge that you are covered for replaceable parts for a full two years after your purchase with us. For the first year, we will even cover you for the labour to fit the parts by one of our in house specialist engineers.*

2 Year USA Aristech Acrylic Warranty

As well as ensuring your new purchase is working perfectly, we want it to stay looking wonderful too. Your warranty covers the USA Aristech acrylic shell against blistering, cracking and fading for a full two years.*
