Shipping

We can ship to any address in the UK. However, due to these being manufactured by our partners in N.Ireland, we have a shipping charge in place. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and shipping options. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. You will receive a notification upon purchase and another notification when your order has shipped.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 working days, once we have received the goods. This is the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The installation of the Tidal Wave is designed for ease. Professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety, but it can be completed DIY. The installation process of the Wave 2 is facilitated by a snap-lock design, making assembly straightforward. However, professional hardwiring by a qualified electrician is required to ensure safe and optimal operation. The sauna is securely packaged on a triple pallet and delivered kerbside. Please arrange for the sauna to be moved to a secure location upon delivery, as pallet delivery staff cannot move items indoors.
